How to communicate with WonderNet

Have any questions, compliments or gremlins to tell us about? Or just wondering which department to get in touch with? WonderNet strives to help you by making your journey and experience with us simpler and more efficient. 

Obviously, we have a Contact Us page on our website where you can fill in your queries and send us an email, but sometimes it’s better to communicate with a specific department directly. We also have a self-help portal on our site that compiles answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs) and allows you to manage your account more easily.

Which email addresses to use?

We use a generic email address that receives your messages from the Contact Us page. From there, our team will be able to assist you or direct you to the right department. Below is a list of ways to communicate with WonderNet, depending on your needs.

  1. General enquiries: info@wondernet.co.za – This email address is linked to the Contact Us page and receives general enquiries. This address generates a ticket and one of the right employees will get in touch with you.
  2. Support: support@wondernet.co.za – This email address is monitored by our support team. Use it for any support queries about your fibre connectivity, getting set up or assistance with your hardware. Alternatively, you can email servicedelivery@wondernet.co.za for any related queries.
  3. Billing: accounts@wondernet.co.za – If you have any questions or concerns about your account, send an email to this address. Our accounts team will be happy to assist you.
  4. Sales: sales@wondernet.co.za – If you’d like to switch to a WonderNet fibre package or upgrade your services, this is the email address to use.
  5. Accounts: accounts@wondernet.co.za – New customers or those that have changed their packages can contact this email address for assistance with their accounts.
  6. Cancellations: cancellations@wondernet.co.za – If you’re leaving the country or would like to cancel your subscription, please let us know in advance via this email address.
